It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

We currently collect and process the following information:

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (such as details of your race, ethnicity, religious of philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. 

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, through letters, in person or otherwise. 

We are also working with third parties (including, for example, our business partners, technical sub-contractors, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
